We are situated 5 to 10 minutes away from all the major beaches in Moraira, and for a bit more privacy and relaxation we can recommend a few smaller local beaches while you are here.

Situated in Moraira, nestled in between the traditional fishing town of Calpe and the resort of Javea you are ideally situated here to access some of the best areas in this part of the Costa Blanca.

The Jalon valley is only a 25 minute drive with its famous landscape scenery and walks.

Calpe is a large fishing town 15 minutes drive from us, with a large all year round community its always a busy town.

Club Montemar is a tastefully constructed villa style complex.For larger groups we have 2 main independent villas with a private pool in front of each.

For smaller groups we have a choice of 7 independent apartments with stunning panoramic sea views and outdoor barbecue and kitchen facilities.

The complex is run and maintained by the owners who are on site all year round to ensure everything is maintained and your holiday with us is relaxing and stress free.

We speak multiple languages to assist you in your stay with us. While you are with us we can recommend activities depending on the time of year. These include such things as watersports, walking, mountain climbing, local fiestas and markets, restaurants and local amenities.

Our prices include linen and towels for the bathroom.  Beach towels are available to hire at 2 euros per week to save on your luggage allowance. A weekly linen change is available at extra cost .
A welcome pack can be pre-ordered for your arrival.
Car hire is advised but if you prefer not to drive from the airport we can arrange an airport meet and greet service and you can hire a car locally.
We are open all year round and will offer excellent winter rates for long and short stays.

Our complex comprises of 2 individual villas with a swimming pool in front of each one. Comprising 7 independent apartments. It commands magnificent views of the coastline. You can either book just one apartment for a small family holiday, thus sharing the pools or several apartments for a larger group or even one of the villas as a whole and have the place to yourselves. The independent apartments sleep from 2 – 6 or the villa as a whole sleeps up to 14/15 or book both villas for a group of of up to 30.
